Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what content and conduct are not permitted when using 3D Texture Generator. It applies to models, prompts, reference images, generated textures, and any other content submitted through the service.

Prohibited Sexual and Adult Content

You may not use the service to generate, upload, transform, or distribute:

• Pornographic, NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content
• Nudity or fetish content intended for sexual gratification
• Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or sexualized content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor

Other Harmful or Prohibited Content

You may not use the service for:

• Face swaps, deepfakes, impersonation, or deceptive manipulation of a real person's identity
• Content that promotes serious violence, self-harm, hate, harassment, exploitation, or illegal activity
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• Malicious files, attempts to compromise the service, or attempts to bypass content-safety, account, credit, rate, or access controls
• Content or conduct prohibited by applicable law or by the terms of our service providers

Content Safety Screening

Text prompts may be screened by automated content-safety systems before a generation starts. A request may be rejected when it violates this policy, is flagged as potentially unsafe, or cannot be screened reliably.

Rejected requests are not sent to the texture-generation provider and do not consume generation credits.

You may not attempt to evade screening by disguising, encoding, splitting, or repeatedly resubmitting prohibited content.

Enforcement

We may block a request, limit or suspend an account, remove stored content, or terminate access when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. We may preserve or disclose records when required to investigate abuse, protect users, enforce our rights, or comply with law.
