Terms governing accounts, uploaded 3D assets, generated textures, and credits

These Terms of Service govern your use of 3D Texture Generator. By accessing the website or using the texture-generation service, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Texture generation currently costs the number of credits shown in the product before you start a task.
Credits reserved for a generation task are automatically returned when our system records that task as failed. A technical credit return is separate from a refund of a completed credit purchase. Purchased-credit and payment terms are shown at checkout and on the pricing page.
You retain the rights you already hold in models, images, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to transmit, process, transform, and temporarily store that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process your content. You may not submit content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
As between you and 3D Texture Generator, you may download and use the generated model and texture maps, subject to:
Completed GLB files and extracted PBR maps may be stored privately in your generation history until you delete the history item or your account.
AI-generated results may resemble existing styles or content. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, eligible for copyright protection, or free of third-party claims.
The current service accepts GLB files up to 50MB and works best with usable UV coordinates. Generated quality varies with geometry, UV layout, source materials, prompt, reference image, and generation randomness.
For rigged characters, we attempt to preserve the original skeleton, skin weights, and animation clips when mesh names and UV topology pass our compatibility checks. We do not guarantee that every model, material, rig, or animation setup will be compatible.

The Acceptable Use Policy provides additional content and conduct rules. We may screen text prompts before generation and reject requests that violate these rules, are flagged as potentially unsafe, or cannot be screened reliably.
The service relies on third-party infrastructure for authentication, hosting, payments, storage, and texture generation. Availability and processing times may be affected by those providers.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a specific generation time, or that every output will meet your artistic or technical requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may update these Terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.
